Morning Practices | Cheers to stellar days!

Today turned out to be a super solid day. At first I didn't understand why but now I understand a significant part of it. 🥰
✅️ No phone first thing in the morning.
✅️ Cacao
✅️ Journaling
✅️ Bodyweight workout
✅️ Shower
✅️ Breathwork
✅️ Read for 10 minutes.
✅️ 'Elevate' games for the day (maybe 5 minutes if that) for a mental workout.
