This is my reminder to give myself grace and space to just be, to experience all my body is communicating with me and acknowledge the power of my words.

It's time for change. Instead of simply choosing it, I've created circumstances where it now feels more forced and unsettling in the process. I could have chosen in love, and now I need to come back to love when I've stirred up an environment full of fear. <3
