Bali in November! My Plans and Travel Info

I'm venturing to Bali, departing November 22, 2022. How long will I be there for? That's a number that's to be determined, although some restrictions do apply.

Here I'll share what I know, my plans, and the recommendations I've received. Please do share your experiences and insights too to help us all along the way!

My Plans

I'm flying out to Denpasar, Indonesia from Edmonton, AB on November 22, 2022 which means I'll arrive there on November 24, 2022. Where I'm going and what I'll be doing is to be determined, but I will have my first spots decided this week!

I need to have a return ticket booked to be allowed into the country, and it's departure needed to be 28 days after I arrive in Indonesia (before my Visa will expire) so I'm currently booked to depart December 22, 2022 BUT I plan to get the Visa on Arrival and keep myself open to the opportunity to extend, making it so I could be there no later than January 22nd, 2023 before I would have to leave the country. That does not mean I have to come back to Canada though but at some point I certainly will. There are retreats happening here that I am honoured and excited to be a part of.
