I channel Reiki here collectively with the intention for each individual to receive it when they want to and for it to be for their best and highest good. Allow this to support you in your day, like a warm embrace or the nutrients your body needs, something that may seem small and insignificant in the moment but just might support healing and transformation beyond imagine.

You can choose to receive for an entire 30 day period, or just for a specific day(s) you'd like to have a bit more support.

My intention as I begin to channel may sound something like this:
