Continuing the work and having hope for a better life may seem out of reach at times... that's where I come in. You deserve to love; your self, life and others. My purpose is to curate a space of love to support you in that, becoming clear on: • Where you are. • Where you want to be. • How to get there. It's a simple approach. We look at how much you love each area, exploring where your blocks might be and realistic strategies to get you to where you want to be. Each session holds: • Love. • A space for you to be seen, heard, and accepted as you are. • An abundance of strategies and resources available. Each session may hold, as desired: • Energy Healing / Reiki • Intuitive Guidance / Oracle Card Readings Session recommendations: 3 Sessions | 1 per week for 3 weeks. Why? Research shows it takes 21 days to build a long term memory and 63 days to build a new habit. Having 3 sessions over the span of 3 weeks supports setting a solid foundation for this with the realistic practices and accountability that comes with it. Of course, you can always book more as we work together to explore an even greater love of all areas. Investment: • Up to 60 minutes per session. • $100 / session. Not sure? Cancellation Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. 24 hours is required to cancel / reschedule an appointment in honour of all time and energy, otherwise the investment may not be moved towards a future appointment.
