We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
Appointment Change Policy
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling/changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation/change will result in a charge of 100% of the original treatment cost.
The same fee applies if one does not show up ('no-shows') for their appointment.
*Emails are NOT accepted for cancellations. Please call or text 780-238-8303 to cancel your appointment. You must hear back from us to confirm your cancellation.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the full treatment fee.
