COVID-19 Procedures

We would like to remind you that the safety of all is of highest priority and that our sanitization regime reflects accordingly.


Here is what you can expect when you come in for your next treatment:

  • Your safe space, clean, sanitized and ready for you.

  • Your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure the highest standard of safety and sanitation (shown in the image below).

  • Only you and your RMT within the treatment room and proper physical distancing between anyone else who may be on location.

Here is what we request of you:

  • Wear a clean face mask without exhalation valves into your appointment. Face masks must be worn for the full duration of your time with us.

  • No guests please. Visitors during treatments are not recommended so please only bring yourself. If you need to bring someone to assist you please let us know, or if the treatment is for a minor and parental presence is required.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment and wait in your vehicle. Once arrived, please check in online or text us to let us know. We will message you when it is time to come in for your treatment.

  • Please provide payment information prior to arrival. We offer direct billing, accept Interac e-Transfers to and can process credit card transactions over the phone. We are not accepting cash.

  • Please bring your own water if needed as we will not be providing bottled water at this time.

  • Cancel your appointment immediately if you begin to feel unwell (online/call/text). Our Appointment Change Fee will not apply to such cancellations. You must hear back from us to confirm your cancellation though as 'No Show' fees remain in effect.

Cleaning Update

My main goal is to keep you, and myself, safe always. I have adjusted my cleaning routine between each client and wanted to be sure I kept you informed.

Below shows what I AM still cleaning between each client, which includes opening the window (when the weather and air quality outside permits it) to allow for the circulation of fresh air.

What I'm no longer cleaning between each client includes:
• Front door handle, entry way shelf and furniture.
• Stairway handrails.
• Treatment room walls.
• Curtain in treatment room.

You are still as safe as you've ever been and will always be, and I will continue to go above and beyond for you. ♡
