The intention of this program is to support you in getting to know and trust yourself. This empowerment has helped with living a soul-led life and surrendering to all it brings. Overview of what we'll explore (in ~40 minutes total, depending on your pace). Your intention. What your 'yes' and 'no' feels like. [Strengthening your intuition; moving from your head to your heart.] Your favourite things. [Having your foundation of support, especially when navigating turbulent times.] A values exercise. [Understanding why you do what you do, and why certain things may trigger you.] Discovering your tendency for accountability. [Knowing what helps you do what needs to be done and achieve what you desire.] Gratitude practice.
